About ALESSANDRO GAGGIO
After having worked many years as a accessories and print designer for international fashion brands such as Valentino, Gucci, Fendi, Moschino, Ermanno Scervino, Chiara Boni, and Stephan Kelian, Alessandro chose to express his own talent and obsessions. He has created his own collection of jewelry and sculptures with his sometimes dark and melancholy sense irony. Alessandro continues his creativity outside of commercial fashion logic.
Every piece is a wearable expression of an imaginary and surreal world of a either a happy or sad story, whatever it might be. He uses carefully chosen materials such as gold, silver, bronze, ceramic, and 16th to 19th century fabrics. His subjects are enigmatic creatures suspended between the macabre and irony. His designs and illustrations are expressions of his unique and unmistakable style.
